Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights — in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2 Information we collect

Contact & order details — name, email, phone number, delivery address and order history.
Photographs & images — the photos, images or designs you upload so we can create your custom product. These may show identifiable people, including children, where you choose to provide them.
Payment information — handled directly by our payment provider, Payfast. We receive confirmation of payment but do not collect or store your full card details.
Website & technical data — basic information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics.
Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.

3 How we use your information

To process, produce and deliver your orders.
To create your custom product from the images and details you supply.
To communicate with you about your order, proofs and queries.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To improve our website, products and service.
To send you marketing or special offers — only if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

4 Photographs you share with us

We treat your photos with care. Images you upload are used only to create your order. We do not sell them, and we will not use images of identifiable people for advertising or social media without your clear consent.

If your photo includes a child, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian, or have permission to provide it. You may ask us to delete your images once your order is complete.

5 Our lawful basis (POPIA)

We process your information because it is necessary to fulfil our contract with you (your order), to comply with the law, for our legitimate business interests, and — for marketing and image use — with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6 Who we share it with

We only share your information where needed to run our business, including:

Payfast — to process your payment securely.
Courier & delivery partners — to deliver your order.
Production & printing partners — where part of your item is produced by a trusted partner, under confidentiality.
Service providers — such as our website host and email tools.
Authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

7 Cross-border transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to a standard comparable with POPIA.

8 How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure, including secure payment processing through Payfast and restricted access to customer data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9 How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. Uploaded photographs are deleted on request, or within a reasonable period after your order is complete.

10 Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to:

Ask what personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or update it.
Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
Object to processing or withdraw consent.
Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
